Kids Self Defense Ages 7-12 All Coaches
This is a Self Defense Combat Sambo class that focuses on real self defense and not a sport. You will learn how to defend yourself in the streets against any size opponent.Cardio Boxing
Coach Faniel, Zack or Jesse
This Cardio Boxing is a high intensity (At your pace) class focused on your correct punching combinations while targeting your calves, glutes, legs, arms, chest, back, and core. 45 Min Classes allowing us time to clean equipment and get ready for next class.
Self Defense Combat Sambo (Striking) Ages 13 & Up

Judo is a Japanese Martial Art also known as “Gental Way”. It is a system of hand to hand combat without weapons and a Olympic Sport.

1. Russian Sambo: Explore the art of Russian Sambo, where leverage and technique overcome size and strength. Our expert coaches will take you through fundamental positions, submissions, and strategies to develop your takedown and ground fighting skills.
2. Cardio Kickboxing: Unleash the power of your fists, feet, knees, and elbows with Cardio Kickboxing training. Our experienced coaches will teach you real punches, kicks, elbows and knees but in a controlled environment with no sparring, helping you build strength, conditioning, and striking techniques.
3. Boxing: Perfect your punching combinations, footwork, and defensive maneuvers in our boxing classes while improve your cardiovascular health, agility, and hand-eye coordination. Learning the sweet science of boxing can be fun and you do NOT have to spar if you do not want to.
4. Mixed Martial Arts (MMA): For those interested in combining various martial arts disciplines, our MMA classes combinations with Judo, Sambo and Boxing offer the opportunity to develop well-rounded skills, including striking, grappling, and transitions.
5. Women’s Self-Defense: Focused on practical and effective self-defense techniques, this class empowers women through a private classes training system to build confidence and awareness in potentially dangerous situations.
6. Kids’ Martial Arts: Our kids’ classes provide a safe and fun environment for children to learn discipline, respect, and essential self-defense skills while also promoting physical activity and teamwork.
7. Open Mat Sessions: Take advantage of our open mat sessions to practice techniques with your teammates, spar (while coaches are present), or simply work on your skills independently.
